My mantra for today

My mantra for today: I am cultivating a beautiful life and I am protecting myself too.

My trauma was lodged in my body. 

I found healing through my yoga practice, through receiving reiki every month for at least 2 years and through my  friend’s acupuncture needles.

With tools, I released stagnant anxiety.

I was able to move past the pain that my mind wanted to forget but my body wouldn’t let me.  

I got help and reached out to people.  

Oh and of course my amazing therapist too-  a must for healing and processing.
